European Works Councils provides that employees of companies with at least 1000 employees of countries of the European Union and European Economic Area are informed and consulted.

Employment Law Group, which also included representatives of the Sworn Law Firm RER Lextal, developed the Telfa European Works Council jurisdictional overview.

The overview helps to understand the legal environment of the European Works Council to foster compliance with the European Works Council Directive and ensure effective transnational collaboration.
